A message to all new clients:

We require all first timers schedule an introductory visit free of charge or book in for a trial day of daycare to ensure your pup is a good fit to our crew. You will also be required to create a profile through our booking system where you can add personal, pet and vet information, as well as proof of vaccinations. 

Cancellation policy for overnight boarding is as follows;

Cancellations for boarding is required a minimum of 72 hours in advance of check-in. Boarding cancellations less than 72 hours in advance, and no-shows will be charged 50% of your intended stay. 

During all major holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, March break and Easter) we require a minimum of one weeks notice for any boarding cancellations.
